2026 R&D Data Science Co Op- Cleveland
About The Position
This position is a comprehensive 6-9 month learning experience in Global Supply Chain R&D. The individual will collaborate closely with Chemists and Scientists to integrate data science into R&D processes, contributing to the design of better-performing paints. The individual will be assigned Technical Projects that require the application of data science and data analytics skills. A summary of projects will be presented at the conclusion of the internship. In addition to fore data science work, interns will also contribute to digital initiatives and data visualization projects that support R&D functions. Throughout the assignment, the intern will participate in periodic performance reviews, engage in special networking and learning events, and gain experience working in cross-functional teams and alongside other Interns and Co-ops. This opportunity is designed to provide firsthand experience in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. The individual selected for this role will work at the new Sherwin-Williams Morikis Global Technology Center in Brecksville, Ohio. This position is 100% on-site. There will be no relocation assistance. All hires must go through a background check before the start of employment.
