The R&D Culinary Coordinator provides administrative support to the Culinary teams and is responsible for companywide documentation into operationally executable programs by ensuring systems integration, training materials, and implementation tools are complete, accurate, and aligned to enterprise standards. This role requires the ability to integrate and manage data across multiple enterprise systems, including Oracle and Logile’s Fresh Item Management system, ensuring accurate item setup, costing, documentation, and execution standards for all fresh food programs. As an active contributor within the Research and Development function, this individual partners cross functionally with Retail Operations, Category Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Training, and Commissary Operations to ensure fresh food programs are thoroughly developed, documented, and successfully executed at store level. This role requires strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from concept through launch.
