As a Quickbooks Specialist on the Technology team, a typical day for you will include: Handle all incoming inquiries from franchise brands or franchise owners regarding QuickBooks/Qvinci Provide basic information regarding the QuickBooks Online for account creation, onboarding, and forensic analysis Responsible for Neighborly operational collaboration related to Qvinci for franchise brands/franchise owners Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns Write standard operating procedures, recording videos, and write technical documentation for internal and external training purposes Work closely with the franchise brands for streamlined communication, collaboration and initiatives that maximize franchisee engagement and satisfaction Handle multiple projects simultaneously Meet critical deadlines, handling all aspects of the franchisee experience in a timely manner Ability to take technical features and benefits of Qvinci and effectively communicate to franchise brands/franchisees Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven work experience with QuickBooks is required
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects and demonstrate strong project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor and presentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations, operate in a consultative manner with clients/business partners and empowered as a problem solver
  • Show an eagerness and willingness to work with and learn new technology
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
