Requirements

  • Hands-on QuickBooks Desktop experience (required)
  • 1–2 years in office admin/accounting support/client coordination
  • Strong phone communication and professional presence
  • Excellent organization + task management
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Teams)
  • Comfortable learning new systems + using AI to boost productivity

Nice To Haves

  • CPA firm experience
  • Thomson Reuters and/or Drake familiarity
  • Experience coordinating outsourced bookkeeping/payroll vendors

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination of our bookkeeping + payroll team
  • Keep deadlines tight, workflows clean, and nothing falling through the cracks
  • Communicate with clients by phone and email (confident, clear, professional)
  • Work inside QuickBooks Desktop and support bookkeeping organization
  • Gather and organize tax-related items so the CPA team can move fast and accurately
  • Use tools like Microsoft 365 (Word, Teams) plus Thomson Reuters and Drake
  • Use AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency
