Key Responsibilities Enter invoices, tickets, and Accounts Payable data into QuickBooks Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Update existing Excel spreadsheets, including applying and adjusting formulas as needed Organize, review, and verify supporting documents for AP processing Maintain orderly digital and physical records of invoices and related documentation Communicate with internal team members to clarify missing or incomplete information
