Requirements

Previous experience as a Quick Lube Technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role preferred.
Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required for service tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and other routine vehicle maintenance services.
Inspect vehicles for fluid levels, tire wear, and general mechanical issues to ensure safe operation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers regarding services performed and recommendations.
Follow all service protocols and safety standards as outlined by Route 128 Honda.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and timelines.
