About The Position

Long-Lewis of Tuscumbia is looking for a Quick Lane technician to join our
growing team! The earning potential is based on Flat Rate Hours turned—giving
you significant opportunities for financial growth. Technicians are responsible
for performing a wide range of maintenance and light repair services in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience or training in automotive repair and maintenance.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong physical stamina and dexterity for manual tasks.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, brake services, battery tests, and general vehicle maintenance.
• Inspecting vehicles and preparing detailed Vehicle Check-Up Reports.
• Servicing all makes and models, including diesel vehicles (a plus).
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Providing exceptional service that meets Long-Lewis quality and customer satisfaction standards.
