Requirements

Organized and friendly personality

Basic knowledge of how a vehicle works
Consistent record of service and sales success

Team oriented and self-motivated
Able to work with little supervision
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, Ford or Lincoln experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, transparent and effective service
Write accurate repair orders and get all clients approval before beginning work on their vehicles
Take ownership of the customer's experience
Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
Maintain Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards
Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary
Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
