We are looking for a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our team. At Kendall Ford of Anchorage our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community.   • Service writing experience is not required, we will train the right person.
  • Dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with vehicle service needs
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Provide updates to customers throughout the day
  • Research vehicle history and make informed recommendations
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow
  • Ensure repairs are completed properly and customer expectations are met
  • Work closely with service, parts, and sales teams
