Operate front-end loader to move and load materials safely and efficiently Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance Assist with stockpile management and material handling Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
• Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work
• Willing to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Maintenance experience is a plus
