About The Position

The Quarry Foreman is the second-in-command to the Quarry Manager and plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the quarry. This position is responsible for overseeing all on-site and office operations, supervising site workers, coordinating production, and monitoring site systems. The ideal candidate is safety-driven, highly organized, and motivated to lead by example. Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise quarry site workers.
  • Oversee the daily operation of the quarry.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate production schedules and meet operational deadlines.
  • Monitor site systems, equipment, and processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Support the Quarry Manager in decision-making and overall site leadership.
