Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering (any specialty field within Engineering is considered relevant) or a related quantitative field, plus one (1) year of experience in the position offered or related occupation.
  • Must have experience with the following:
  • Mathematics and statistics;
  • Back-testing, simulation, and statistical techniques including auto-regression, auto-correlation and Principal Component Analysis;
  • Data-mining and analysis skills, including experience dealing with a large amount of data or tick data;
  • Signal generation and statistical models; and
  • Python or C++.

Responsibilities

  • Design,implement, and deploy trading algorithms.
  • Design trading strategies.
  • Contribute to libraries of analytical computations to support market data analysis and trading.
  • Create tools to analyze data for patterns.
  • Explore trading ideas by analyzing market data and market microstructure for patterns.
  • Develop, augment, and calibrate exchange simulators.
  • Conduct research on signal and modeling to enhance prediction accuracy and investigate ways to refine execution algorithms in the market.
