Quality Training Specialist MB Clinic
About The Position
The Quality & Training Specialist assists in the development, coordination, implementation and delivery of new hire orientation and continuing educational needs and activities of all IV Auth staff members to achieve a high level of both quality and efficiency. The Quality & Training Specialist conducts needs assessments and performance improvement activities; determines and maintains educational processes to achieve increasingly effective and efficient performance and quality; ensures training aids, online educational resources, manuals, and payer updates are maintained and functional; coordinates logistics and record keeping of training activities and assists with policy development, standardized education and maintenance of current changes and modifications.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in Prior Authorizations and/or Referrals working with automated information systems and computer software applications including data entry and retrieval
- One (1) year of experience in Pre-Service preferred
- One (1) year of experience in a lead, trainer, and/or coaching position
