Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in food processing
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Detail orientated
• Strong computer skills
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Manage quality control program that ensures that the product meets standards
• Maintain and record quality targets
• Collect and analyze production samples
• Follow written quality assurance procedure
• Provide audit as assigned
• Receive analyze and report out information efficiently
