More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Quality Control Technician in Aurora, CO with Signify. Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. Execute product, component and process quality inspections during in process and outgoing Identify non-conforming material and assure the material is properly handled per the defined quality system procedure. This includes accurately updating the defined tracking system Provide feedback on failures to responsible party and escalate when needed Handle all reporting responsibilities on designated systems More about you While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Knowledge of basic quality tools (sampling procedures, root cause and 5 Why problem solving)
  • 1+ years’ experience handling quality inspections
  • Basic knowledge of technical requirements - understanding of wiring diagrams and Quality Management Systems
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs

Responsibilities
