More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Warehouse Operator in Irving, Texas with Signify. Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. Receive product into the site unloading trailers/trucks using a forklift and staging it on the warehouse floor or directly putting it on the rack Check quantities and quality of incoming material Put away product on the racks Pick product per sales orders Palletize, wrap and load outgoing orders onto trucks Cycle count product to ensure location accuracy More about you While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening: High school diploma or GED preferred 2+ years’ experience as a warehouse operator (receiving, put away, storage, pick, pack, and load) Must be trained and/or certified as a Forklift operator (stand-up and sit down) Must be able to read, understand and follow processes, procedures and warehouse floor operation practices Experienced with safety practices in a warehouse environment; Basic experience with Quality, 5S and Lean practices Team player with reliable, consistent and high level of commitment to the business Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs Starting Rate = $18.84 Benefits = medical, dental, vision Hours = 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday Everything we’ll do for you You can grow a lasting career here.
