Job Description Job Requirements Required Education/Experience: - Associate's Degree + 2 years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing/production environment OR - High School Diploma/GED + 5 years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing/production environment Required Skills: - Flexibility to multitask and prioritize work on an independent basis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Excellent cross functional communication skills - Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly. - Proficient with Microsoft Office. Desired Skills: - Previous Quality Control experience in a manufacturing or technical function. - Knowledge of ISO 9001. - Experience with procedure and work instruction interpretation. - Experience using ERP system, ex. SAP. Soft Skills: - Flexibility to work within a dynamic team and provide training to others. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work effectively on all levels of an organization
