Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00pm – 6:00am)

Requirements

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of quality experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Previous manufacturing experience

Responsibilities

  • Understands visual defects of products
  • Can perform visual checks of products
  • Understands physical tests and equipment
  • Can use all lab equipment and perform physical tests
  • Can follow equipment procedures
  • Has basic understanding of products and customer requirements
  • Verify and apply customer requirements and specifications
  • Complete paperwork and file appropriately
  • Understands retain samples and filing requirements
  • Must be able to perform tasks effectively with minimal supervision
  • Comply with all applicable Standards (BRC, ISO) and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Communication of Non-comp and scrap materials
  • Conduct EASE audits as assigned
