A Quality Technician III is responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with complaint devices. In this role, the CIS Quality Technician III manages daily operations involving returned complaint products and supports Engineers who conduct in-depth complaint analyses and investigations. This includes assisting with root cause analysis, returned product evaluations, and investigation closure for both BSC manufactured and OEM products. In addition to analytical support, this position is also responsible for receiving, processing, and shipping returned devices. The Quality Technician III performs disinfection and triage of returned medical devices in accordance with BSC work instructions. Work Mode At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week. Relocation Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.
