About The Position

Parallel Employment in partnership with Waterford, WI manufacturing client is seeking a 3rd Shift Quality Technician / CMM Operator. Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience Job Responsibilities: Operate and program Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for part inspection and quality control. Final inspection on components; assuring all parts meet specs Performs mechanical and dimensional inspection Document inspection results clearly and accurately. Identify and address non-conformities in a timely manner. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection or a related role. Strong knowledge and experience operating CMM machines. Excellent math skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection or a related role.
