Responsibilities

Maintain a caring, compassionate, and professional attitude

Speak with a smile, communicate well with Customers, Team Members, and Leaders
Must be self-sufficient, dependable, and work well without direction, once trained
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
Must follow all safety, OSHA, Health Dept and Chick-fi-A policies and procedures
Must accept correction and be willing to change
Needs to be able to quickly and proficiently adopt shorthand language used to identify products
Needs to be proficient with the restaurant's electronic resources including iPads, registers, CFA app, and any other technology platforms
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
Consistently abide by set rules of conduct such as dress code, phone, and attendance
Other duties as assigned
