Reporting to the Head of Quality, this role ensures clear, consistent, and standardized quality processes and systems across Magnera’s global operations, supporting 45 manufacturing facilities worldwide. The primary purpose is to implement and maintain global quality processes aligned with ISO standards, customer requirements, and company expectations. This position drives consistency through quality software, auditing programs, performance metrics, and supplier quality initiatives while managing cross-functional quality programs and strategic improvement projects.
