Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing and quality control.
2 years of supervisory experience leading technical or production teams.
Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software.
Proficient in metrology and precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and CMMs.
Strong understanding of GD&T and machining processes.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and solid models.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of the Quality team supporting manufacturing and sales operations.
Ensure products meet all customer and MCAM quality standards through inspections, audits, and testing.
Oversee and maintain calibration systems, documentation, and quality records.
Lead and support internal and external quality audits, including AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAIs).
Analyze inspection data, summarize results, and communicate trends to management.
Provide technical expertise in measurement tools, GD&T, and metrology.
Collaborate cross functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.
Train, develop, and coach team members to ensure continuous improvement and skill development.
Support ISO documentation and compliance requirements.
