Our Quality Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance and ensure compliance for quality and food safety programs at our bakery. We are looking for someone with strong work ethics and a focus on food safety and quality. This person will supvervise up to 9 QA Techs across three different shifts. Ensure all compliance for Quality and Food Safety for that location. Additionally, meeting and/or exceeding our customer expectations/requirements. This will include the environmental monitoring program, internal auditing program, traceability program, customer complaints, food defense, food safety plan, and management of ERP systems. GFSI knowledge is desirable for audit compliance. ERP system experience is desirable for PO management.
