About The Position

Quality Supervisor (Food / Beverage) Western Son Distillery is seeking a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead and continuously improve food safety and quality systems within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for building a strong culture of quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing the quality team while partnering closely with operations. The Quality Supervisor plays a critical role in driving product integrity, consumer satisfaction, and operational excellence in a regulated food and beverage setting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant quality or food safety experience in a food and / or beverage manufacturing and production environment.
Strong understanding of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
High comfort using technology, systems, and data to drive decisions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Food safety certification or experience working with Global Food Safety standards.
Experience with ISO and/or HACCP implementation or management.
Prior supervisory or people-leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee quality and food safety programs to ensure compliance with FDA, TTB, and third-party standards.
Supervise, coach, and develop quality team members through training, feedback, and performance development.
Manage HACCP, auditing, and inspection programs; serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audits.
Partner with operations to identify quality risks, investigate issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor quality KPIs including consumer complaints, inventory on hold, and defect rates; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a proactive quality and food safety culture across all departments.
