  • 3-5 years of experience in Compliance, Quality Management, or Behavioral Health, Required
  • Bachelors Degree, Required
  • Ability to hear and speak.
  • Employees must maintain a stable and secure private home internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 5Mbps upload, and an average jitter less than 20% of latency.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to internal and external customers to determine the areas of quality management focus.
  • Conducts objective quality audits to verify adherence with company policies and procedures.
  • Make recommendations for quality improvements and create training materials and operating manuals, as needed.
  • Conducts monthly data validation process for external contractual deliverables and ensures all requirements are met through communication and follow through with both internal and external agencies.
  • Coordinates with internal customers regarding new and updated contractual deliverables per each line of business’s contractual requirements.
  • Participates in the development of performance improvement processes.
  • Processes data entry for required clinical processes by other departments.
  • Conducts initial quality management assessments on processes and procedures.
  • Manage department communication and provide support to internal and external customers sending requests for information.
  • Ability to utilize multiple software programs and technologies.
  • Provides expertise of Solari business and knowledge of the state behavioral health system.
  • Ability to follow all company, state, and federal policies relating to patient confidentiality and HIPAA.
  • Assists in maintaining and administering quality-related policies and procedures.
  • Maintains associated quality records and documentation.
  • Assess, collect, analyze data needed to support quality improvement initiatives and activities.
  • Tracks work assignments and issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
