Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team and ensure compliance with ISO, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) standards, and other applicable industry or regulatory standards. This role will effectively manage our integrated Quality Management System (QMS), while proactively identifying with evolving compliance frameworks relative to our industry, clients and operations. This position is located remotely but may require occasional travel to office locations in Virginia, New Jersey, and California. While remote candidates are welcome, preference will be given to those located near CSA offices to facilitate in person collaboration as needed. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure continuous improvement in Quality Management practices and support project delivery across the full range of corporate capabilities. How Your Role Will Make an Impact: Reporting to the Senior Director of IT Operations, the Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the overall efficacy of the Quality Management System (QMS). This includes but is not limited to the establishment and maintenance of processes to comply with ISO 9001.
