About The Position
This role involves ensuring product quality through daily inspection and monitoring, effective communication with customers, and addressing customer-reported problems. The Quality Resident will be responsible for immediate communication with the plant and activating containment measures, including segregation and identification of material.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a quality resident
- English fluency
- Knowledge of Customer standards and procedure
- Knowledge of Quality system ISO TS 16949, IATF
- Proficiency in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Quality Tools
- Problem Resolution skills
- Ability to Work under pressure
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors Degree
- Chinese or Spanish experience
