About The Position

ABiLITY is looking for a Quailty Outcomes Specialist to help ensure the individuals we support receive meaningful services that reflect their goals, strengths, and interests. In this role, you’ll develop and update service plans, review progress data, and coach staff on effective support strategies. If you enjoy problem-solving, mentoring staff, and using data to improve outcomes, this could be a great fit. This is a weekday position with a consistent schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

Nice To Haves

Experience developing service plans or support plans
Experience reviewing documentation or tracking outcomes
Experience coaching or training staff
Familiarity with teaching strategies used in IDD services

Responsibilities

Develop and update Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) for individuals on your caseload
Review documentation and progress data to see what’s working and where adjustments are needed
Work with staff to update teaching strategies, goals, and action steps based on progress
Provide coaching and training to staff on teaching techniques and support strategies
Conduct occasional on-site observations to support staff and ensure strategies are being implemented effectively
Collaborate with teams to identify new approaches that help individuals reach their goals
Maintain required certifications and stay current with best practices
