About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Multi-Family Manager in Fairfax, VA. This position directly interfaces with senior leadership across various programs, subsidiaries and functions. This role will focus on supporting multiple Programs with overall compliance to Boeing and industry related Quality requirements. Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families. Position Responsibilities: Performs management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. Provides education and coaching on the Quality System. Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports. Manages, develops and motivates employees. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post Start is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (technical, engineering or STEM field strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of experience with AS9100 and/or a similar Quality Management System standard
• 5+ years of experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCCA) and Corrective Action
• 3+ years of experience working with Non-Conformance (NCR) processes
• 3+ years of experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality
• 3 + years of experience leading teams or projects formally or informally
• Experience in leading or managing projects and teams
• This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
• A Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post Start is required.
• This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
• To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.
• “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
