You will randomly gather and inspect samples against MM- and/or customer-specifications. Inspection consists of tests for visual, print defects, and defects that affect carton functionality. You will perform and record testing on samples pulled from production. Testing consists of visual comparator checks, dimensional measurements, and other functionality tests as required by customers. You will input information into batch records to document inspections and any non-conformances for customer review. You will record and communicate any non-conformities or defects to the site Quality and Operations teams. You will prepare final inspection documentation for shipping. You will prepare tailgate sample boxes based on customer requirements.

Requirements

  • You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • You have already obtained a minimum of 2 years of Quality inspection experience in manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of packaging manufacturing environment experience preferred.
  • You have knowledge of ISO 9001 procedures a plus.

Responsibilities
