Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and sample incoming grains and raw materials for quality and contamination risks
  • Verify flour grind specifications
  • Sample collection and testing. Perform analytical testing (GA analysis, mycotoxin screening)
  • Maintain lab equipment and cleanliness
  • Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and preventive controls
  • Document and review production records for accuracy and compliance
  • Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions
  • Ensures and verifies that plant departments and employees are adhering to the quality standards and guidelines of the company.
  • Actively monitors, and enforces company GMP's
  • Prepare and maintain departmental forms and documents. Monitor the completion of paperwork by other departments.
