About The Position

We are seeking a meticulous Part-Time Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products through various inspection methods and data analysis. WEEKENDS REQUIRED.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality inspection and data collection
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights for process improvement
• Proficiency in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
• Familiarity with HACCP principles and quality management practices
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and quality systems

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards
• Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the production process
• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify product dimensions
• Fabricate testing equipment and fixtures as needed
• Implement and maintain Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles
• Collaborate with teams to uphold quality assurance standards
• Manage compliance with FDA regulations and quality systems
