About The Position

Manage and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) for the Company. Manage day-to-day quality control activities that ensure products meet or exceed specification and compliance to the most recent ISO and customer standards. Problem-solving and attention to detail are key skills for this role. Team oriented and exceptional communication skills are requirements for this role.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills with strong customer focus
  • Experience with QMS systems is required
  • Strong leadership skills to overcome challenges and achieve results.
  • Experience complying with ISO 9100.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related preferred.
  • 5 years managing a certified Quality Management System.
  • 5 years in a supervisor or management role.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications in ISO 9001, preferred.
  • Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to follow ISO quality system requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and train on policies, processes, and procedures pertaining to documentation management, measurement, and monitoring of the quality management system.
  • Provide guidance and share best practices with the entire RAF team.
  • Manage and maintain the company's quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes, and finished goods.
  • Ensure efficient workflow of product inspections during all shifts.
  • Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and ISO standards.
  • Investigate, determine root cause, initiate permanent corrective action and document customer issues and escapes as they arise.
  • Assess the product specifications of the company and its suppliers.
  • Set up, maintain, control, and document procedures.
  • Assess and implement the appropriate data analysis, quality methods, inspection criteria and procedures to ensure the technical integrity of our quality processes and results.
  • Establish and drive Quality initiatives that advance improvement in both delivery and cost and ultimately support the Company Goals and Strategy.
