SummaryWe are seeking to hire a Quality Manager to join our collaborative Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) team. The Quality Manager will report to the MMIS Director and serve as a member of the MMIS Leadership Team. Client is state Medicaid entity that directly touch the lives of some of our most vulnerable children, youth, adults, individuals with disabilities and elders. It provides access to medical and behavioral health care, substance misuse treatment, long term services and support, and nutritional and financial benefits to those with low incomes. The Quality Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring MMIS products, services, and processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities include inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting quality control solutions. Developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Quality Management processes and standards in IT.Your role in our mission
