Develop and coordinate contract monitoring performance standards and management reporting with State customer for fiscal agent contract. Responsible for administrative oversight of the contractual performance problems and incident processes to report and resolve identified issues and track timely completion of Corrective Action Plans. Work with State and Gainwell Leadership on management areas to improve business processes, strengthen quality assurance and communication to impacted entities and staff. Meet with Fiscal Agent Contract Manager and State leadership on a periodic basis to highlight work completed, project status updates, and upcoming implementation schedules and planned communication for policy and system changes. Includes updates by other Gainwell Leaders as appropriate. Train and re-enforce understanding of importance of contract compliance and quality to new staff and Gainwell leadership. Produce period status reports to State and Gainwell stakeholders outlining the priorities and status of the program. Manage staff to support quality initiatives, reviews and follow-up on potential problems; plans, directs and monitors operational/tactical activities of staff. Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Provide guidance on process improvements/quality enhancements and recommend changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility. Assist as needed for new business pursuits for Gainwell.

Requirements

  • Expertise in creating a positive change in how customers and the team perceive and achieve quality, continuous improvement, and contract compliance required.
  • Ability to effectively lead, collaborate, build relationships and influences team members to work toward common objectives across functions and groups required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Quality Management, Business Management, Computer Sciences, or equivalent required.
  • Six (6) or more years of Audit/Compliance/Quality experience required.
  • Must reside in contigous 48 states to be eligible for hire.
  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
  • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
