Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Palm Bay, FL . Interested? - Own and maintain AAA's integrated quality ecosystem, ensuring compliance and excellence across AS9100, ISO9001, ISO/IEC 17025, AS6081, AS6171, ANSI/ESD S20.20, DLA QTSL program expectations, MIL-STD requirements, and IPC workmanship standards (IPC-600, IPC-610, IPC-620) -Manage and continuously improve the client-integrated AS9100/ISO9001 Quality Management System and oversee the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation scope and technical procedures -Own document control, calibration, internal audits, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), training, and risk management -Prepare for, host, and lead customer, registrar, and accreditation body audits, ensuring audit readiness and translating findings into measurable, permanent improvements -Build upon DLA certifications, pursue new certifications, and expand capabilities to meet federal requirements and increase lab effectiveness -Develop, maintain, and refine SOPs, work instructions, test documentation, and quality records -Partner with engineering to ensure processes align with best practices, customer expectations, process control, and risk mitigation, implementing systematic improvements that reduce risk and enhance throughput -Develop, maintain, and implement a robust training and continuous improvement program, including a company-wide training matrix -Develop and deliver training on QMS requirements, documentation, and lab discipline, ensuring staff competency aligns with ISO and AS requirements -Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions -Embed quality thinking into every department, reinforce quality discipline across the lab, drive a culture of integrity, accuracy, and disciplined execution -Support Engineering, Sales, and Operations with quality-related guidance Here's what you'll get: Pay: $ 75K-120K+/year Hours: 40 Hours/week Length: Direct Hire Does that sound like a good fit? Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing or supporting an AS9100/ISO9001 system.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with Electrostatic Discharge ESD program controls.

Responsibilities
