The Quality Manager is responsible for setting the strategic vision for the Company as it relates to quality, while leading a team of high performers within the Quality department. The ideal Quality Manager is able to work with individuals throughout the organization to design, implement, and monitor the Company’s quality system. The Quality Manager is expected to foster deep relationships with customers and will have a direct line of communication with customers to design quality programs and resolve quality issues. In addition, the Quality Manager will be deeply involved with new product launches to ensure all quality criteria is considered and implemented to ensure successful new product introductions. This individual must also be a great leader and able to communicate with both the executive leadership team and production floor associates. Being a team player and a leader focused on talent development is vitally important in this growing and dynamic company.
