About The Position

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team, including Quality Engineers, Technicians, and Inspectors. Own site quality strategy and KPIs, driving performance improvement across all products and processes. Serve as the voice of the customer within the plant and advocate for zero‑defect manufacturing. Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. Ensure proper use of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC across the organization. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, Five Why, and other problem‑solving methodologies. Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction through Lean and Six Sigma principles in addition to other effective problem solving tools. Support launch readiness, new product introduction, and process capability improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field. 5+ years of experience in quality roles within automotive, metal stamping, or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC). Proven leadership experience and strong problem‑solving skills. Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher). Experience working in a high-volume automotive environment. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality roles within automotive, metal stamping, or manufacturing environments.
