Manage the Honest Quality Management System to ensure compliance and improvement with internal programs, cGMP requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Manage the qualification, onboarding and continuous monitoring of suppliers by assessing quality systems, cGMP compliance, and technical and manufacturing capabilities in partnership with cross-functional teams. Oversee and execute the supplier audit program, including audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up activities. Develop strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure on-going compliance with The Honest Company’s quality standards and to drive continuous improvement. Provide leadership for the investigation and resolution of quality issues, including non-conformances, deviations, investigations, and Supplier Corrective and Preventive Actions (SCARs). Lead quality risk management activities, including supplier risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Manage and support development of quality metrics, including Supplier Quality Scorecards, quality, key performance indicators (KPIs), etc. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Procurement, Suppliers and others to proactively manage quality risks and support business objectives. Guide internal team members and stakeholders on supplier quality expectations, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
