Quality Manager Join Millennium Print Group as a Quality Manager We’re looking for a Quality Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. If you’re passionate about quality, process improvement, and operational excellence, this is your chance to lead quality systems for products enjoyed around the world. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
  • 6+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment; printing industry experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and quality processes.
  • Data analysis, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, implementation, and enforcement of quality standards in slitters and overwrap operations.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and first article reviews to ensure defect-free production.
  • Manage quality documentation, corrective actions, and compliance with ISO/QMS standards.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering to drive continuous improvement and automation enhancements.
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, prevent defects, and reduce waste.
  • Train and mentor personnel to uphold high-quality standards and safe work practices.
