The Quality Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS). This position oversees the entire quality department, ensuring the consistent quality of all products and processes meets and exceeds customer specifications and regulatory compliance standards. The Manager mentors and develops the Quality Supervisor team, drives strategic continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as the primary internal and external representative for all quality matters. This role ensures the company maintains a robust culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
