About The Position

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assuring quality standards and compliance within mission-critical solutions for the defense industry. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, software or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or quality management.
• Understanding of system-level interactions between mechanical, hardware, and software components.
• Proficiency in performing well-documented audits (project and process audits).
• Strong skills in Microsoft systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in software engineering and development processes preferred.
• Experience in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement, including Lean and Six Sigma, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Complaints efficiently to maintain a high customer satisfaction level.
• Participate in project milestone meetings to ensure milestone checklist compliance.
• Perform Buy-off, verifying that deliverables are of the right quality.
• Manage Concessions (Deviations & Waivers) and customer delegations (GQAR, DCMA).
• Conduct compliance evaluations concerning MIL and NATO quality standards and software standards like ED-109A, DO-178.
• Provide input and support to Business Areas and projects as a trusted advisor.
