The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, leading, and sustaining comprehensive quality systems across four manufacturing and supply chain facilities. This role owns the development and execution of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and other applicable global standards, ensuring consistent product and process quality while meeting customer and organizational requirements. Working in close partnership with Global Quality, Operations, and cross‑functional stakeholders, the Quality Manager drives a culture of quality accountability, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement. This position leads quality assurance strategy, oversees compliance activities, and ensures effective investigation and resolution of product non-conformances through corrective and preventive actions. Through data-driven analysis, audit leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives, the Quality Manager strengthens operational performance, supports global compliance objectives, and advances best practices across a multi-site environment.
