About The Position

We are looking for a Quality Management System Program Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead the development and implementation of On.Energy's ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System (QMS). In this role, you will design and execute the roadmap to achieve ISO 9001 certification, coordinating across all departments to formalize processes, documentation, and governance standards. The QMS Program Manager will server as the company's primary liaison with external auditors and certification bodies, ensuring that the system is practical, auditable, and sustainable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in quality management, including direct ISO 9001 implementation and certification leadership.
  • Proven track record guiding a business unit or company through first-time ISO 9001 certification.
  • Deep understanding of quality documentation, internal auditing, corrective action processes, and management review processes.
  • Excellent project management, change management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Exceptional written communication and training ability

Nice To Haves

  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (IRCA or equivalent)
  • Experience in manufacturing, EPC, or energy-infrastructure environments.
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 integration.
  • Six Sigma Green / Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with digital QMS or document-control platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a detailed ISO 9001 implementation roadmap, including gap assessments, action plans, and certification milestones.
  • Draft and formalize core QMS documentation (Quality Manual, policies, process maps, SOPs, templates).
  • Lead internal audits, management reviews, and corrective-action tracking.
  • Define and deploy document-control and record-retention systems company-wide.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Product Quality and Quality Systems Lead to align supplier-quality and field-quality procedures within the new framework.
  • Serve as primary liaison to the external certification body and manage audit readiness.
  • Deliver company-wide training and communication on ISO 9001 requirements and process ownership.
  • Establish a continuous-improvement culture, embedding CAPA and root-cause analysis into day-to-day operations.
