Starting in 2020, we developed the Re-Imagined Student Experience Program (RISE Program) which offers year-round internship experiences, in a variety of disciplines to enhance your education and provide hands-on work experience to help launch your career in the medical device industry. We are looking for students interested in a Quality Management Systems career to join our organization and collaborate with our team to bring cutting-edge medical devices to life. Come join our growing team! Job Duties and Responsibilities: This role consists of 10-12 weeks during the Summer 2026, starting in June and ending in August. RISE Students will be working directly with Quality System professionals on targeted projects including: Supporting current and ongoing Quality System initiatives such as external audits, audit follow-up activities, and system metrics tracking. Assisting with training-related projects, including managing the online Learning Management System (LMS), collaborating with leaders on content creation, and coordinating training events. Leading a special project designed to provide hands-on experience while advancing Minnetronix initiatives. Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • College Student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or relative field
  • Class status of Junior, Senior, or Graduate
  • Interested in pursuing a career in the medical device industry
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities
