About The Position

Trigo Quality Solutions are currently hiring Quality Inspectors for a short-term, 3-month project supporting inspection activities at a manufacturing facility in Plymouth, MI . This opportunity is ideal for individuals with prior inspection or manufacturing quality experience who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Requirements

  • Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience inspecting painted surfaces or cosmetic finishes is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform inspections for extended periods
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned schedule
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a contract role

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspections of painted and unpainted parts
  • Identify cosmetic defects, damage, or nonconforming conditions
  • Report and document damaged or defective parts accurately
  • Follow inspection procedures and customer quality requirements
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and reporting documentation
  • Communicate findings clearly with onsite leadership and project teams
  • Support containment or sorting activities as required
  • Follow all site safety guidelines and procedures
  • Inspection performed directly on production parts within a manufacturing environment
