About The Position

Q2 Management Inc is a provider of Quality Inspection and Containment services to the automotive OEM supply chain. With branches supporting the United States and Canada, Q2 Management delivers benchmark service standards supported by our industry leading Quality Inspection Management System, InspeQ Tech. Position Summary This role is accountable for both customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Quality Representatives accept Ownership of and responsibility for the overall success of every project assigned. As a central point of contact, you will develop a strong professional relationship with our customers. Safety , our first Quality Key, is our top priority in our service delivery.

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple demands
  • Ability to work under pressure as well as identify and resolve issues quickly

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Care through quality service and clear communications to customer
  • Be Responsive to customer concerns and take action in a timely manner
  • Collect and analyze data to develop corrective and preventive action programs
  • Communicate with customer using Transparent and regular communicative strategies
  • Participate with various functional departments on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create Work Orders and standardized Work Instructions to guide inspection process
  • Time study creation, audits, and approvals
  • Assist in containment break investigations and 8D Reporting
  • Develop strong relationships and exercise Transparent and Honest communication with customer and supplier contacts
  • Conduct audits and collect data to deliver updates and reports
  • Seek constructive feedback from customer and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to company values, vision, and quality keys
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports related to shift performance, ensuring accountability and Ownership
  • Encourage decision-making, guide team members, and validate outcomes
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards, promoting a culture of Honesty , integrity and trustworthiness
