As a Quality Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality management plan during the transition-in process for the program. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating the Quality Management Plan (QMP) to meet Task Order performance expectations and objectives. In this role, you will need experience in Quality Assurance Program Development, Compliance Monitoring, and Process Improvement. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvement initiatives will be crucial in enhancing efficiency and quality outcomes. Furthermore, your expertise in Risk Management, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and Documentation and Records Management will ensure that all deliverables meet contractual specifications and government standards. Effective communication skills will also be essential as you serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters with the government client, program managers, and subcontractors. Overall, your role as a Quality Management Lead will require a strong background in quality management, process optimization, and stakeholder communication. Your ability to develop and maintain comprehensive QA programs, track quality KPIs, and lead corrective processes will be key in ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the program. With your experience in compliance monitoring, defect tracking, and performance metrics reporting, you will play a vital role in driving continuous improvement and maintaining contract compliance.
