Requirements

• Associate degree in related area preferred
• 3 + years of experience in quality environment
• Proven knowledge in the use of micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and basic measuring equipment.
• Experience performing mechanical or manufacturing part inspections (non-textile, non-food).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Available to work 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and other basic measuring equipment.
• Perform inspection of parts and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Monitor and control product quality in accordance with customer specifications and internal procedures.
• Ensure inspections and documentation comply with GMP and quality standards.
• Support quality activities during the assigned shift and provide guidance as needed.
